All orders are FINAL SALE - is and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additionally, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to make changes once an order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

SHIPPING METHOD AND COST

The shipping method and cost of your order will be determined depending on the delivery destination and country.

For some countries, taxes and duties are not calculated together with the total amount to be paid on the checkout page and you’ll need to pay for these separately to the courier upon the delivery of your order. Moreover, the duties and taxes are determined by the entire cost of your order, and according to your country's regulations. LAST-MILE DELIVERY

In the event that there is no one present at your address to sign for the order, our delivery partner will leave a notification, and it will be necessary for you to reach out to them to make arrangements for re-delivery.

Under specific situations, our delivery partner may offer optional services for your order delivery, including:

a.) Redirecting the delivery to a neighbor, reception, or security with their confirmation of the goods by getting their signature and contact details;

b.) Reschedule a New Delivery Date: Opting for a different delivery date that better aligns with your preferences which should also be in line with the number of attempts allowed by our delivery partners.
