REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

All items bought during online promotional periods with discounted prices or marked as “sale” are FINAL, therefore, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGE will be honored.

However, if you received:

  • • Wrong item
  • • Incomplete order

Send an e-mail to our Customer Service team within 48 hours upon receiving your order (will commence on the day the order is delivered based on the tracking system) with a subject depending on your claim and the order number (Sample: Incomplete Order - #123456). Additionally, SUFFICIENT PROOF for claims stated above is REQUIRED as we’ll need it to look into the issue further. If nothing is submitted along with the request, your return/exchange appeal will automatically be denied as all requests are subject for approval.

Furthermore, confirmed orders are also not eligible for modification or cancellation. In connection to this, we kindly ask you to review your orders carefully before placing it.

For approved refund/exchange requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and fees. Please also note that we do not issue refunds in cash or other forms of payment. We will issue you purchasing points equivalent to the value of the product you bought excluding the initial shipping costs. These points can be redeemed for future purchases at Gianfranco Ferre L.L.C e-commerce website.
