All items bought during online promotional periods with discounted prices or marked as “SALE” are FINAL, therefore, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGE will be honored.
For any concerns related to your purchase, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at customercare@gianfrancoferre.com within 48 hours of receiving your order (will commence on the day the order is delivered based on the tracking system) and our team will look into the issue further. We may make exceptions for the refund/exchange after thorough investigation regarding any order matter and if granted we do not issue refunds in cash or your initial mode of payment. In addition, approved refunds will be issued minus the shipping costs, applicable taxes or any processing fees incurred during the transaction. You may contact the Customer Service team to let you know more about this and we will work to resolve the issue.
Moreover, confirmed orders are also not eligible for modification or cancellation. In connection with this, please review your orders carefully before placing them.
