- If you have requested a contactless delivery/pickup, Gianfranco Ferre will not be held accountable if the item is stolen. However, we can register the complaint with our courier partner accordingly.
- An option for self-pick an order is always available, however, the courier company can hold a self-pickup request for up to 30 days. After 30 days if the package is not collected, the order will be marked completed & we will not be able to process returns.
- Once an order is confirmed and dispatched it can not be changed or cancelled. A customer may choose not to accept the package, however, a return fee will be charged as per our return policy.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
Customs duties and handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country. We ship from Dubai and have listed down a few countries and their import fees based on our and customer experience.
For countries and regions that website shows there are taxes then you may be susceptible to local taxes and import customs duties. Taxes and Custom Duties will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country. You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
Unfortunately, GIANFRANCO FERRE has no control over customs and import tax and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to GIANFRANCO FERRE and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping, handling and any other customs charges.
