GIANFRANCO FERRÉ SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • We ship worldwide except in countries with restrictions. Contact our Customer Service for further inquiries on this.
  • Tracking information is automatically sent to your email address at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking information within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday), except on UAE and international Public Holidays.
  • If you have requested a contactless delivery, Gianfranco Ferré will not be held accountable if the item is stolen.
  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched it cannot be changed or canceled.

 

SHIPPING METHOD AND COST

The shipping method and cost of your order will be determined depending on the delivery destination and country

Upon check-out, the shipping rate and handling fee will automatically be calculated once you input the delivery address you want your order to be delivered.

Moreover, customs duties, fees, and payment processes for international shipments vary from country to country. For some, these aforementioned fees are already calculated and included in the total amount to be paid which you can find on the checkout page. While for other countries, online payment of the duties and fees is prohibited to be paid by their residents, therefore, the courier will directly collect the payment from the customer once the delivery has reached its destination country before they can release it. Please refer to the list of countries that may be subject to direct payment of customs duties and fees to the courier:

Once you input the country destination you want your order to be delivered to, our check-out page may display an Estimated Tax field you can pay together with your order or no Estimated Tax field meaning your country is included on the list wherein you may be needing to pay for the fee directly to the courier once your delivery reaches your destination country.

Unfortunately, Gianfranco Ferré has no control over customs duties and fees and we can’t tell the customer exactly how much will be charged as these fees as previously mentioned vary widely depending on the country you are situated in. You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales fees levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary for your orders to be fulfilled or to be released from customs.

We also encourage you to verify the customs duties and responsibilities where you reside to know more about the necessary fees to be paid to receive your order.

Gianfranco Ferré will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

DELIVERY PROCESSING

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed.

During this process, we will update you accordingly through the tracking link provided on when you will be receiving your order. Please bear in mind that estimated delivery times are only used as a reference as there may be unforeseen circumstances wherein delays may occur. Rest assured that we or the courier will inform you in cases where there may be any issue with the delivery of your order.
