SHIPPING POLICY

  • • We ship worldwide. You may contact our Customer Service team for further inquiries on this.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • • Tracking information is automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided at check-out. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking information within 5-7 business days.
  • • All orders are FINAL SALE - is and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • • Additionally, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to make changes once an order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

SHIPPING METHOD AND COST

The shipping method and cost of your order will be determined depending on the delivery destination and country.

For some countries, taxes and duties are not calculated together with the total amount to be paid on the checkout page and you’ll need to pay for these separately to the courier upon the delivery of your order. Moreover, the duties and taxes are determined by the entire cost of your order. You can find the estimated percentage of these duties and taxes due to the courier on the checkout page before completing your purchase.

For other countries, duties and taxes to your respective countries are calculated and added to the order total you need to pay on the check-out page.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

DELIVERY PROCESSING

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be shipped.

During this process, we will update you accordingly through the tracking link provided on when you will be receiving your order. Please bear in mind that estimated delivery times are only used as a reference as there may be unforeseen circumstances wherein delays may occur. Rest assured that we or the courier will inform you in cases where there may be any issue with the delivery of your order.

For customs clearance, we may require certain standard information. However, we will never ask for sensitive personal information unless it is explicitly required by your country’s customs regulations, in which case our team will promptly convey it to the customer accordingly.

LAST-MILE DELIVERY

In the event that there is no one present at your address to sign for the order, our delivery partner will leave a notification, and it will be necessary for you to reach out to them to make arrangements for re-delivery.


Under specific situations, our delivery partner may offer optional services for your order delivery, including:


a.) Redirecting the delivery to a neighbor, reception, or security with their confirmation of the goods by getting their signature and contact details;

b.) Reschedule a New Delivery Date: Opting for a different delivery date that better aligns with your preferences which should also be in line with the number of attempts allowed by our delivery partners.


When you choose any of these services, including any default preferences set with our delivery partner, you acknowledge that Gianfranco Ferre L.L.C is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delivering your order through those selected preferences. Thus, the products purchased will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
